This policy covers the website silva-mentis.org only. silva-mentis itself is software that people install on their own web space or server. The operator of this website receives no data from those installations and has no access to the notes stored in them.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [name and address of the hosting provider]. The hosting provider processes data on behalf of the controller under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR. [The servers are located in Germany.]
